KeaLad Recommendations for Usage
As you can see above, most of the nootropic dosages are quite generous, and it is for this reason that the VitaKea Team would recommend using only one scoop at a time. Best enjoyed with ~350ml water + ice. It won't keep you up at night, so afternoon usage is fine, though for maximal gains, sip on it sometime in the morning. Not about that luxurious water and ice life? Well rest assured... Brain Gains is dry-scoop-to-the-dome approved by Lloyd @thecavenutritionstore! 🤣 Flavour wise, Mango, Watermelon and Strawberry Kiwi are all absolutely stellar.
On the One or Two scoop debate:
From our own usage we find that the noticeable cognitive value seems to be nearly equal when we supplement a single scoop as opposed to two, and this way you'll get more Gains for your dollar... doubling the number of servings per tub (20 serves @2Scoops; 40 Serves @1Scoop). IF you are really keen to take it up a notch, you can also try splitting your servings across the day. Eg. One in the morning, One in the afternoon.
And as per usual, remember that you are a unique human being, with any supplement we recommend you experiment to find your own personal sweet spot dosage and go with that!
